There are five files included in the ZIP file, and all of them go in your /Mods folder. But you should be aware that other upgrades or optimizations - such as piercings, body hair fixes, etc - won't be applied to RealGens. I made some creative decisions based on user feedback and my observations, and I hope SimpleGens is an upgrade, but I totally get there might be reasons you want to keep using RealGens. More foreskin styles: I don't plan to include other foreskin styles (such as retracted) back to SimpleGens. More testicle options: SimpleGens has one testicle shape, unlike the A/B/C RealGens format, but I'm working on a way to add more variety. I think SimpleGens has a good variety of sizes as it is now. The SimpleGens penises have black-and-white thumbnails, and new add-on content is marked with "SG" in the corner to help you identify which penis system it's for.

For a while, I've wanted to simplify it, to make it easier for players to use and for me to add to and update.
